Kids are more than welcome at all bootcamps as well as personal training sessions, as a mother myself I am all too familiar with the little shadows attached to us 24/7 and I embrace incorporating them into our workouts. Let them be part of the workout or let them roam around with free babysitters at all bootcamps to keep them safe and happy.
If bootcamps are too crowded for you maybe small group training might be a better option for you. With a maximum of 3 – 4 per class you get more one on one focus from me to maximum your efforts and get 100% out of each workout. This is a great option to get personal training value at half the cost, it is also a great option if you want to get your fitness on with a friend or group of friends.
