I’ve included some yummy recipes, complete with snacks and even some treats between meals to ensure your body does not go hungry. All recipes also include a macro breakdown, don’t worry if that sounds like jargon to you, it just means how many carbs, protein and fat are in a given meal. This is not crucial in the early stages of your journey but I have included it as it is a bonus to get you used to taking note of these values as it can become a valuable tool in making your weight loss journey easier.
